Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must:
- Contact Us Within: 2 days of your item’s delivery.
- Ship Items Back Within: 28 days of your item’s delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or Personalised Orders: Items specifically made or customised for you.
Please note, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Conditions for Return
If your item is eligible for return, please ensure the following:
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any resulting loss in value.
- Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Proof of Delivery: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We do not provide refunds for untracked items that are lost in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure adequate tracking is purchased for return shipments if they wish to guarantee delivery and a potential refund.
