1. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 business day.
  • Special Orders: Please note that processing times for special or custom orders may vary. We will communicate any extended processing times for such orders.
  • Packaging: We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Domestic Shipping (within Australia): We primarily use reliable courier services for deliveries within Australia. In some instances, Australia Post may be utilized.
  • International Shipping: International orders are typically sent via Australia Post.

#Important Information for US Customers

Due to recent changes in US trade rules, additional duties, tariffs, or taxes may apply to parcels shipped from Australia to the United States. These charges are set by US Customs and are outside of our control.

  • Shipping costs shown at checkout cover postage only.
  • Import duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We cannot predict or guarantee the exact fees that may be charged on arrival.
  • If you decline to pay these charges, your parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs. In such cases, we cannot issue refunds for shipping or product costs.

We are actively monitoring the situation and working with our carriers to minimize delays and unexpected costs. Please check your local customs office for the latest information before placing your order.

3. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

  • Reporting Missing Parcels: If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, you must contact us within 30 days from the shipping date. We will then assist you in attempting to locate your parcel with the respective carrier.
  • Responsibility After 30 Days: After the 30-day period, Psykhe Wellness cannot be held responsible for lost or unlocatable parcels.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. Once an order is processed for shipment, it will be dispatched to the address provided in your PayPal details or customer account. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Thank you for understanding.

4. Tracking and Untracked Shipments

  • Tracking Recommended: We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes a tracking number, especially for international parcels.
  • Untracked Shipments: If you choose a shipping option without a tracking number, please be aware that:
    • Your parcel will not be trackable through its journey.
    • It may not be scanned at every customs point.
    • This significantly increases the risk of your parcel being lost or experiencing extended delays, making it very difficult for us or the carrier to locate it without tracking details.
  • Assistance for Untracked Parcels: While we will do our best to try and assist with inquiries regarding untracked parcels, we can make no guarantees that our efforts will be successful in locating them. Choosing an untracked service is at your own risk.
  • Questions: If you have any questions regarding tracking options, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Customs and Import Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply to their international order upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing procedures in the destination country. These delays are beyond our control.
